Sunshine Surgical Hospital was founded by Dr. Krunal K. Solanki, Robotic, Laparoscopic, GI & Bariatric Surgeon and Laser & Endoscopic Surgeon.

With around 17 years of surgical experience, Dr. Solanki’s clinical practice includes robotic and laparoscopic hernia surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, gastrointestinal surgery, bariatric surgery, gallbladder surgery, anti-reflux procedures and laser proctology.

He is Professor & Head, Department of General Surgery, Swaminarayan Medical College, Kalol, and serves as Executive Member – West Zone, Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI), 2026–2028.

His qualifications include MBBS, MS (General Surgery), FMAS, FIAGES and FALS.

His involvement in clinical practice, surgical education and professional training forms an important part of Sunshine’s focus on advanced minimally invasive surgery.
